This is not the 2006 retro, this is the original folks. While the retro’s are a fine example, the og’s they are not. The comfort, the materials, nike air on the back, og air units, a thick 23 stitched onto the side, the smooth synthetic leather Nike used for these all make these superior to the retro’s. Even the Og box, and black wrapping paper were better. When you walked into a footlocker and saw that black box being pulled from the back, you knew what was coming out was some serious footwear. Once again, we are very thankful to Nike/JB for bringing them back, we just wish it had been in 2000 not in 2006. Anyhow check out the pics below from the DeFY.
