Designed for the runner looking for a fast pace training shoe the Skylon has always been somewhat of a youthful shoe. This year the Skylon 2 has seen a resurgence in popularity with a recent retro which brings us to this early 2000’s gem. Retailing for an affordable $80 features included minimally pieced lightweight mesh construction, TPU injected frame, light one piece midsole outsole Phyllite material, 3/4 length encapsulated air sole unit, BRS 1000 carbon rubber heel strike zone and Duralon toe off pad. All in all this is a shoe that’s worthy of anyones footwear lineup.
