There is no denying, Andre The Giant is one of the greatest professional wrestlers ever. From his sheer size to his entertaining demeanor to the respect he earned from all his colleagues he was clearly a once in a life time type of individual.
It’s because of this that someone – in this case HBO- FINALLY told his story some 25 years after his death. I still remember learning about his passing in the newspaper (yes, a newspaper) when I was 11 years old. Although by that time his popularity was more so on the decline and a newer generation of wrestlers had already taken over it never took away from his legend status.

No collection and I mean NO COLLECTION is complete with out an official OS Andre The Giant action figure but few are finer than this example. If you have some cash to throw around then this original LJN is worth a look (although the price of course is subject to market fluctuations).
