As a teenager I can remember when my mother got that phone call from my aunt, the diagnosis? Breast cancer. The chemo, the wigs and then the removal of one of her breasts. It took both a physical and emotional toll on the family but one that ultimately was won, for now. Unfortunately there are to many that do not make it and for that we must fight.
