Strapt? Was this the gun totting FILA shoe? Jokes aside, in the early part of the 2000’s dudes were putting in work on the message boards, showing off renderings of shoe designs they came up with in the comfort of their bedrooms to display to the community they had been a part of for years. In some cases it garnered the attention of the brands themselves (which I believe was the case with the FILA Strapt) and in some cases secure jobs which in turn served as hope for the thousands of people that posted on the message boards day in and day out. While that needs to be verified take a look back at this early 2000’s design from the once Italian brand.
