The Air Span has always had a doing my own thing type of attitude. Whether it be the design, color blocking or both the shoe has always been a sleeper to a lot of mainstream shoe heads. For Y2K the design seemed to be a natural evolution of the original Air Span (minus Triax) and second installment that’s received most of the shine over the years. They featured light weight mesh, synthetic overlays, full length Phylon, heel and forefoot air sole units, dual density Phylon on the medial side, BRS 1000 carbon rubber and Duralon on the lateral side. Signal blue was dope and the design (while not mind blowing) was solid. Retail was 85.00 USD and finding pairs today will be tough. Take a trip back below!
