The Adidas Olympiade is a classic training shoe from the late 70’s very early 80’s. Sold as a premium model, the shoe was advertised as having the highest grade smooth leather available (for a training shoe), a soft form fitting tongue and built in arch support. If you’re looking for an original pair and are wondering about wearability you should be fine. Most old Adidas sneakers are fine to wear with the exception of some flakey/sticky leather on the tongue and you’ll be pleased to know that the arch supports in these older sneakers feels really good on your feet (provided you need an arch support).
