Nineteen eighty three was a rough year. The South Bronx looked like a war zone, unemployment was bad, the crack epidemic was in its infancy, poverty was rampant throughout the city (as well as other areas around the U.S.) and there was little if any help for most. Fast forward to 2011 and this video is bang up to date. Its as if we are going backwards not forward. I’m sure most of you have seen this video already, but if you haven’t check it out.
