The Nike Air Chisel Max Mid (retail $100.00 and low $95.00) were two visually stimulating releases designed for aggressive cross training from athletes looking for a cushioned cross training shoe. For the mid you received a generic nubuck with TPVR inserts that enhance flexibility, Pylon with enhanced visible heel and forefoot air sole units, midget shank and a solid rubber outsole. The lows (which pretty much look like a different shoe altogether) you got a combination of mesh and leather with a TPU stability feature that was designed to lock the foot in the shoe and give good upper support, a mona filament mesh, pylon, enhanced visible air sole unit in the heel and forefoot, midget shank, and a solid rubber outsole.
