Originally released in 1990, this specific pair graced the feet of Jeff Hornacek. To date Nike has yet to retro these (the ultra forces saw some poor retro treatment but not these) and we doubt they will do so. These were a true high top, and very comfortable, but the toe box on these is narrow so going a half size up is the thing to do if you think you have found a wearable pair. The leather used for the uppers was Nikes man made synthetic leather that was very light weight, breathable and good looking. As with the majority of sneakers from that time period polyurethane was used in the mid soles which overtime makes the shoe prone to cracking if not stored properly (as you can see from the pictures below).
