With a retro still possibly on the horizon lets go back and take a look at this legendary shoe. It features the 33 strap on the back, blue suede, lots of padding around the ankle, and a narrow toe box for a custom fit. This is definitely a comfy shoe, and the blue suede just compliments that fact. For those of you that aren’t familiar with the shoe, well it was Patrick Ewing’s signature line of sneakers made by Next Sports. This shoe was a serious Jordan competitor from 1990-1992 and came in a ton of nice color combo’s. The question of course is it still relevant today? The answer to that is, HELL YES. Ok, Patrick Never won a championship, but there is no arguing the fact that he is one of the greatest New York Knicks EVER, playing during a time in Knicks history that was successful, and hard nosed. Ewing is a New York Legend and his shoes should be respected as such. Trust me, if these were ugly flops we wouldn’t be pushing for them, but the styling is undeniably timeless.
